Why Proteonomix, Inc. (PROT.PK) Makes Me go Hmmmmph!

Came across PROT tonight doing scans and couldn’t help but laugh at their website and whether or not anyone will really attract any legitimate investors or just sucker in sheep to buy their story without doing proper due diligence. Sure, I’ll be the first to admit I didn’t take my due diligence much past the front page of the website or the stock chart but clearly.. that was enough. PROT is currently trading at $12.50 a share today December 29, 2008. Below is an exact quote from the website (and I actually took a screen shot of it just in case it changes) so hopefully if some poor old investor hears about the company and decides to google it they’ll come across this page and think twice. What do you think? I’m by no means an English major but I’ve bolded my minor grammar corrections and I’m sure you can find even more.

I have no position nor plan on it, just found it extremely amusing that a company we are supposed to take “seriously” has that many issues on the front page of their website. Who knows.. it could manipulate higher and I wouldn’t be surprised to see a foward split of some sort since that’s how they do it with these things.. maybe some more LOI’s we’ll see.
