Scottrade HOD list for Canadians

I've been on the chat for over 6 months now and feel I've learned so much.  However, the last big hurdle to learn is the Scottrade HOD list and quote box for jiggyness.  The problem is that I am a Canadian citizen and Scottrade does not offer their service here.  I don't have any relatives or anything in the U.S. so I just wondered if anyone knew of a way to get a Scottrade account for foreigners?  Or would anyone have an extra login or any advice for getting access to these important tools?  Thanks a lot for any advice.

Try Etrade

scroll down and you will s  High/Low Ticker example, its the same as HOD list

and I think etrade is in Canada and should have access to same platform.
