There is not much on scan tonight. In fact, my normal scan only came up with about 5-10 stocks 2 of which I felt were worthy of covering. A second scan netted 2 others which are listed below. I’m sure there will be more that will be in play such as (PDO) (MXC) (FPP) (ROYL) and potentially (SQNM) with either a break or bounce off $14 all of which have been great day trades in the chat room lately.

PINN  Pinnacle Gas Resources Inc - I’d like to see this test $4, notice the past 3 months (end of March, middle to late April and mid May) the stock was unable to break that level. This is tough resistance which if broken can cause quite the squeeze, BUT if its not broken gives us a great shorting opportunity.

KKD  Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc - $6 is coming up I’m looking to short as soon as weakness comes in tomorrow this may sit back towards $4.50-5 easily. I’d really like to see a squeeze first of .50-$1.00 before jumping on the short wagon. I’d look for something similar to (GTE) which we saw today break down and recover slightly.

GSPG  Goldspring Inc - this stock is beyond amazing, that it’s held up this long - from .0004 until now holding gains of 1000’s of %’s gains from the lows. It trades day in and day out hundreds of thousands of dollars - pretty amazing. It had a nice consolidation patter in the mid .02’s looking for the .03 break for continuation - normally I do not scan stocks like this but due to the lack of stocks on scan tonight I figured this may provide a quick half penny scalp out of the open.

HYHY  Hydrogen Hybrid Tech Inc - yet again another strong day, now up nearly 500% from the lows where we mentioned it should be watched for similarities of KYUS.

This is a tough one, there has been so much volume through the whole move that at times I feel like it could be over at any second, but on second thought the circulation stated on THIS mailer is unbelievable. SO shorts could be in for it if longs can keep it up. It seems like an easily borrowed stock for many firms which could either help it or hurt it depending if they can cause a massive squeeze. At any rate there should be lots of swings in both directions just like today - in the end the shorts yes.. will win, but how many times will they lose before that final time when the bottom drops out.
