SEED has been quite the long off bounces, where most people are burning commissions or losing trying to short it – I’ve been mainly playing it long with the exception of a few shorts here and there which turned out great because each time the stock ripped you could short the breakout and take advantage of the immediate correction for instant gratification of profits. Regardless, the past few days have been awesome on the long side I haven’t short it too much, each time it was under $10 and took a quick drop down I would buy it as you can see below.

I do think eventually think this will be heading back down but I figured as most learned with NLST – just because stocks are up doesn’t mean they are a short and if they are a short it’s only a daytrade. SEED in-particular when it rolls over its float multiple times per day, price action DOESN’T matter as you can see… it takes more volume for it to sell off then it does to breakout and that’s that.
It very well could have one more pop Monday then then start to top off much like NLST but don’t expect it to give back all gains in one day.
