IMGG sold off four straight days after peaking out at $1.95, gapping up and trying again the next day and finally put in a bottom around a buck. Again, I bring up physiological break points, support areas… this is one. Gives a reason to buy it, why? Because its near $1.00 … take a look at this chart see how prior resistance becomes the new support? There’s always one “GOOD” run and one “GOOD” bounce and after that they just keep getting smaller and smaller until people lose interest and the stock sells down to a dime over the next year (maybe). BUT extremely hot stocks like this that have the entire investment community aware are ones that have to go on the radar after big moves like this because you know EVERY bounce player is just sitting there waiting for the day it appears to bottom. So here’s Imaging3 Inc. (IMGG.OB) which I called pre market for a 20-25% bounce Friday.
